At Presets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the items reach our warehouse.
